💼 Key Responsibilities 📱 Social Media Management

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms
• Monitor accounts and engage with audiences through comments and messages
• Track basic performance metrics and support social media reporting

🎬 Content Creation & Editing

• Support creation of marketing content including graphics, captions, reels, short videos, podcasts, and stories
• Assist in editing photos and videos for social media and marketing materials
• Help develop copy for social posts, email campaigns, and promotional content

🎤 Events & Activation Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and on-ground activations
• Prepare event materials such as presentations, registration forms, and promotional assets
• Provide logistical and administrative support before, during, and after events

📊 Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for deliverables
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights

⚙️ Marketing Operations Support

• Update and maintain content calendars and campaign trackers
• Organize marketing files, creative assets, and documentation
• Monitor task timelines, deadlines, and project deliverables
• Support data consolidation for reports and presentations
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business , or a related field
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok )
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Google Workspace , or project management platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
