As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to both strategizing & execution of the customer acquisition operation to generate qualified prospects for the team (market research, field event execution & prospect outreach via offline canvas/phone), concurrently, acquire supply chain & B2B trade knowledge, also be exposed to structured selling methods (SNAP/SPIN selling) & sales quantification method (MEDDIC, BANT).

Beyond execution, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage AI tools to enhance research efficiency, content creation, and marketing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform online market research to source for potential leads and lead pre-qualification
• Assist in inviting potential leads and contacts to monthly events
• Attending virtual / on-site meetings should there be any
• Be a part of event planning and execution
• Leverage AI tools to enhance market research, lead generation, and marketing workflow efficiency
• Assisting in other marketing initiatives, whenever necessary

Job Requirements

Must-have

• Degree in Marketing / Sales / Economics or any related field
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• High sense of discipline and ownership during execution
• Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

Great to have

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Sales experience through part-time jobs
• Exposure to business, technology, or AI-related projects
• Mastery of any other local dialect (i.e. Japanese)
