Marketing Intern

About the role

The Marketing Intern will support the Company's marketing and business development activities, with a focus on content creation, market research, lead generation, digital marketing, and preparation of marketing materials. The role provides hands-on exposure to B2B marketing within the construction industry while assisting the team in strengthening brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, product sheets, and other promotional content.
• Assist in preparing social media posts, captions, graphics, and other digital marketing content.
• Conduct market research on construction companies, contractors, developers, consultants, and potential customers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating prospect lists, customer databases, and CRM records.
• Support lead generation activities and assist with initial prospect research and outreach.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, industry developments, and potential applications for the Company's products and solutions.
• Assist in coordinating product presentations, site visits, trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Help organize photos, videos, project documentation, testimonials, and other marketing assets.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking basic marketing and lead generation metrics.
• Support the Commercial and Business Development teams in preparing proposals and client presentations.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, business development, branding, and the construction industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency with AI tools is highly encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean organization.
