Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creation Intern to join our marketing team. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes content writing, ideating, scripting, and creating scroll-stopping posts, reels, and stories. You'll be at the heart of our brand's voice, owning content end-to-end from idea to publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our blog. Digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, campaigns, analytics) will be part of your exposure, but content creation is the primary focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Strategy

• Brainstorm fresh, on-brand content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and blog
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and formats relevant to our audience and adapt them to fit our brand voice
• Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm

Writing & Scripting

• Write captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts, carousels, and reels
• Script short-form videos (reels/shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, and CTAs
• Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and website copy
• Draft brand messaging, taglines, and campaign copy

Content Production

• Create carousels, static posts, and simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Collaborate with designers/videographers on shoots, briefs, and edits
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, podcasts) into bite-sized social content
• Assist with basic shooting/editing of short-form video content, where applicable

Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance (views, engagement, shares, saves) and share learnings to improve future content
• Apply basic SEO practices (keywords, meta descriptions) to written content
• A/B test hooks, formats, and captions to identify what resonates with the audience
