Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team and support our online marketing and customer engagement activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys social media, advertising, content creation, and communicating with customers. You will be involved in both digital marketing and hands-on content creation, giving you practical experience in running marketing campaigns and creating engaging content for a real business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Assist in planning and running social media advertisements, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
• Film and edit marketing and advertising videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Come up with creative ideas for video concepts, advertisements, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Reply to social media messages, customer enquiries, comments, and leads promptly and professionally.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow-up calls with potential customers to introduce promotions and schedule showroom appointments.
• Follow up with leads generated from social media advertisements and marketing campaigns.

About you

• Diploma/Degree students or graduates in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.
• Creative, outgoing, and willing to explore new marketing ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic video editing and design skills are an advantage.
