Marketing Intern

About the role

This internship provides hands-on exposure to social media management, content creation, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations for F&B brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Assist in creating engaging content, including photos, videos, captions, stories, and promotional materials

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify current trends and opportunities

• Assist with content scheduling and maintaining a social media content calendar

• Support the coordination of photoshoots, promotional events, and other marketing activities

• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and customer feedback

• Assist in preparing basic marketing reports and presentations

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

• Assist with administrative and ad-hoc marketing tasks when required

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or other content creation tools is an added advantage
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit to the required internship period
