Marketing Intern

Scratchly is a lightweight CRM and business growth platform built for startups, small businesses, freelancers, agencies, and growing teams. We help businesses manage leads, contacts, deals, tasks, meetings, and daily operations without the complexity of traditional CRM tools.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is interested in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and startup growth.

You will work closely with the marketing team to increase Scratchly's online presence, reach potential customers, support campaigns, and experiment with new marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platforms
• Research target audiences, competitors, industries, and market trends
• Create and coordinate marketing content, posts, captions, and promotional materials
• Assist with product promotion and launch campaigns
• Support lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities
• Help manage and grow Scratchly's social media presence
• Identify relevant communities, groups, websites, and channels for promotion
• Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns
• Track basic marketing metrics and campaign performance
• Collaborate with the design, sales, PR, and business development teams
• Suggest new marketing strategies and growth opportunities
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, and reports
• Support other marketing activities as required

Requirements

• Good communication and writing skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Interest in startups, SaaS, technology, or business growth
• Ability to research and learn independently
• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines
• Students and freshers are welcome to apply

Good to Have

• Experience managing social media pages
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
• Previous experience with a college project, startup, community, or social media page

Compensation

This is a performance-based internship opportunity. Compensation/commission may be provided based on responsibilities, performance, and results.
