About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an OJT Trainee to join the team at ProjectPro, Inc. as a Marketing Trainee. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time role will give you hands-on experience and training in various marketing functions within a dynamic and growing organization.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional collateral
• Conduct market research and analysis to help inform marketing decisions
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Learn and apply best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Marketing
• Preferably in 4th year college
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
