Function: Communications Intern Job Responsibilities:  Communicate with celebrity management agencies for contract and payment procedure  Event/important project on-site supports, especially for sample logistics  Coordinate HQ sample, CN sample and store loan with HQ, other departments and agency to make sure samples are ready on time and return accurately  Assist in celebrity seeding projects by working with agency  Assist in daily office maintenance and administrative tasks  Variety tasks assigned by line manager Job Requirements:  Good communication skill, strong responsibility, well organized, multi-tasking  Strong passion for PR work, prefer to have long-term luxury PR plan  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)  Fluent in spoken and written English  At least 4 days a week
