Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
• Support content marketing initiatives by creating engaging blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
• Help implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing, email marketing campaigns, and CRM system management for improved customer engagement.
• Participate in research activities to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights that inform demand generation efforts.
• Contribute to managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to increase reach and engagement.

Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, content writing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic graphic design tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from web analytics reports for performance insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and present ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing trends such as performance marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
