Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and communication-savvy Marketing Intern to join our AVIT Solution team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Audio Visual & IT solutions, business development activities, lead generation, client communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities.
• Identify potential customers and understand their Audio Visual & IT requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand and present suitable AVIT solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of AVIT projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and project updates.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
• Support the team in achieving lead-generation and business-development targets.
