Marketing Intern

realme Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and support exciting Gaming, Campus, and Youth Marketing initiatives.

If you are a university student who understands MLBB, gaming culture, campus life, and youth trends , and you enjoy sharing ideas and exploring what makes young consumers tick, this role could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities :

• Support the Marketing / Planning team in developing IMC and marketing campaign proposals , including market & competitor research, case studies, creative ideas, and communication approaches.
• Bring first-hand insights as a university student and MLBB player to help the team better understand young consumers, including their interests, content preferences, gaming behavior, and smartphone usage.
• Support campus and consumer research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, feedback collection, and insight summarization.
• Stay updated on gaming, campus culture, social media, and youth trends , and contribute fresh observations and ideas to realme Gaming & Campus Marketing projects.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as needed.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and based in Jakarta , with availability for an internship of at least 3 months .
• Good English communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to handle basic work communication and deliverables in English.
• An active MLBB player with a strong understanding of the game, heroes, esports events, gaming communities, and player culture.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Social Media, and Youth Culture .
• Curious, proactive, creative, and comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives.
• Familiar with the campus gaming / esports ecosystem . Experience in gaming clubs, campus esports communities, MLBB-related events, or similar activities is a plus.
• Comfortable using smartphones and social media platforms, with a good understanding of how young consumers interact with technology and digital content.

Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara (Work From Office, Fulltime)
