If you’re someone who spends time spotting trends, checking what brands are doing on Instagram, wondering why some campaigns go viral, and actually wants to learn how marketing works behind the scenes — we’d love to meet you.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team and get hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, social media, campaigns, market research, and marketing analytics.

What You’ll Be Working On

Influencer Outreach & Management

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators.
• Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and campaign execution.
• Maintain influencer databases and track collaborations.

Social Media & Content Management

• Assist in managing social media profiles and day-to-day content activities.
• Support content planning, scheduling, posting, and coordination.
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support campaign activities from planning through execution and reporting.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and industry developments.
• Track competitor activities, campaigns, promotions, products, and social media presence.
• Share insights and ideas that can help improve our marketing activities.

Sales, Wastage & Campaign Analysis

• Assist in analysing campaign sales and product performance.
• Track and report wastage data related to campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support marketing decision-making.
• Identify key trends and observations from campaign data.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need years of experience. We’re looking for curiosity, energy, and the willingness to learn.

You could be a great fit if you:

• Are a fresh graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Are genuinely interested in social media, influencers, content & consumer brands
• Spend way too much time noticing what brands are doing online — and can tell us why something works
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
• Can turn ideas into action and take ownership of your work

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
