Marketing Intern

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (copywriting, visual graphics, short videos/Reels/TikTok) tailored for the Malaysian market.
• Manage and monitor bTaskee’s official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Engage with online audiences, reply to comments/DMs, and help maintain a positive brand image.

2. Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Support the planning and execution of online/offline marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and referral programs.
• Coordinate local localization efforts (English & Bahasa Melayu) for promotional materials, app banners, and push notifications.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (engagement rate, conversion, app downloads).

3. Influencer & KOC Engagement

• Research, identify, and build a database of relevant local micro-influencers and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) in Malaysia (Lifestyle, Home & Living, Working Moms, Tech/App reviewers).
• Reach out, negotiate, and coordinate with influencers/KOCs for product reviews, home service experiences, and promotional campaigns.
• Brief creators on brand guidelines, key messaging, and campaign deliverables to ensure content quality and local relevance.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns (engagement rates, referral code usage, app installs, ROI).
