Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern supports the Group Marketing team in executing brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role provides hands-on experience in brand management, content creation, project coordination, and marketing operations across Phoenix Petroleum brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the development of social media content, captions, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and partners regarding project requirements.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, activations, trade shows, and product launches.
• Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights gathering.
• Maintain marketing databases, asset libraries, and documentation.
• Assist in processing marketing requests, purchase requests, and administrative requirements.
• Ensure marketing materials follow company branding guidelines.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Team.

Job Specifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Fulfilling an official internship requirement from an accredited college or university
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work onsite and travel for events when necessary
