Sales and Marketing Internship Opportunity

HMB Tax Firm is looking for a motivated, creative, and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in sales, digital marketing, and client engagement within a professional services environment.

Location: Pacita 1, San Pedro, Laguna
Industry: Tax Preparation & Accounting Services
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Review taxation training materials and complete assessments to gain a basic understanding of the firm's services
• Assist in creating and managing marketing materials and promotional content
• Support the preparation, setup, and monitoring of Facebook paid advertising campaigns
• Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, and invoices
• Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, text messages, and other communication channels
• Assist with client onboarding calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Support lead generation, sales prospecting, and other business development initiatives
• Help monitor marketing campaign performance and organize sales leads and client information
• Perform other sales and marketing-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in sales, digital marketing, social media management, and business development
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
• Has good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or social media platforms is an advantage
• Must be able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• A personal laptop is required for interns opting for a hybrid work arrangement.
