TOMMAC is a leading manufacturer of recycling machinery in Southeast Asia, specializing in automated and intelligent solutions for the recycling industry. The company designs and supplies equipment such as baling machines, sorting systems, and shredding solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability across various recycling sectors.

MARKETING INTERNSHIP

Location: Rawang, Selangor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, videos, product visuals, captions, brochures and other marketing materials for TOMMAC's recycling machinery and solutions.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research to identify market trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities in the recycling and waste management industry.
• Assist in product marketing by gathering product information from the Sales and Technical teams and preparing product descriptions, presentations, case studies and other promotional materials.
• Support lead generation and marketing campaigns, including maintaining marketing leads, monitoring campaign performance and coordinating with the Sales team on enquiries and follow-ups.
• Assist with company events, exhibitions, customer visits and machine demonstrations, including preparation of marketing materials, photography, videography and post-event content.
• Assist in maintaining website and digital marketing content, as well as performing other marketing-related duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation and social media.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn about recycling machinery, waste management and industrial products.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
