About the role

Turn CDRS proof, expertise, and delivery discipline into attention, inquiries, and real opportunities, while making CDRS easier to understand, trust, and contact. The role is structured across two specialized tracks: Content & Creative Track, which focuses on planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms, and Community & Lead Operations Track, which focuses on engagement, research, logging, and reporting inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish platform-ready content including graphics, carousels, captions, short videos (CapCut), and stories
• Monitor comments and inboxes, respond to inquiries promptly, and engage with the community using approved scripts
• Research priority target accounts (institutions/program buyers), log 100% of incoming inquiries, and prepare same-day handoffs for Sales
• Monitor performance metrics and compile weekly dashboards and reports with key insights and recommendations
• Manage graphics and captions, short videos and stories, and maintain the reusable asset library
• Conduct community management and target account research

About you

• Current student in marketing, communications, multimedia arts, business, advertising, or a related field
• Basic or working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Sheets or Excel
• Good written English and Filipino skills
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with sound judgment and willingness to work in a team
• Portfolio or school work showcasing at least 3 relevant examples
