Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will work alongside our marketing team to support day-to-day activities and gain hands-on exposure to B2B marketing in Malaysia. You will contribute to content creation, digital campaigns, and market research while learning how marketing drives real business outcomes.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including captions, graphics, and short videos.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.

• Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and help identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in coordinating events, exhibitions, product launches, and trade shows within Johor and the region.

• Maintain and organise the marketing asset library, including images, videos, and templates.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field.
• No prior working experience required — fresh interns are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and an active interest in digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; exposure to Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creative, curious, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 months, on-site at our Johor office.
