Our Marketing Internship is designed for self-motivated students who want to do real work, not busywork. You'll take ownership of assignments, manage multiple projects and turn ideas into polished deliverables.

Experience Marketing at Rogers As a Marketing Intern, you'll support a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives, including graphic design, content development, digital marketing, market research, presentations and internal communications. You'll work independently, ask thoughtful questions and keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Experience

• Create and update marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations and internal communications
• Help develop and schedule social media and website content
• Research industry trends, competitors, prospective clients, markets and upcoming opportunities
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and company announcements
• Update PowerPoint presentations, case studies and project materials
• Support marketing reporting by collecting, organizing and reviewing campaign and website data
• Help coordinate events, conferences and promotional products
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and share timely progress updates
• Support additional marketing projects and department needs as they come up

Who We're Looking For This opportunity is designed for students who meet the following requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or another directly related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently, prioritize assignments and follow projects through to completion
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design software is preferred

You're equally willing to contribute to creative projects and handle the everyday tasks that keep a marketing department moving.
