Marketing Interns

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Wellness Care Marketing Intern to support the marketing and content initiatives of our wellness care brands, including Certainty and Sofy Aile. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, following social media trends, and developing engaging content for digital platforms. The intern will be involved in the end-to-end content creation process, from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly short-form content for our wellness care brands: Certainty (3–4 short-form videos and 2 static posts per week) and Sofy Aile (2–3 short-form videos and 2 static posts per week)
• Create and publish content from Monday to Friday based on the approved content calendar
• Manage the full content creation process, including ideating content concepts, writing scripts and captions, filming content, editing videos, creating static posts, revising content based on feedback, scheduling and publishing approved content
• Create content primarily for TikTok, with approved videos cross-posted to Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee
• Develop additional content when needed for campaigns, promotions, events, product launches, and other marketing priorities
• Research social media trends, competitors, viral formats, and relevant wellness-related content to identify new content opportunities
• Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, relevant, on-brand, and completed within deadlines
• Monitor basic content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and other relevant metrics
• Share basic insights and recommendations based on content performance
• Support marketing campaigns, events, activations, and other marketing activities when needed

About you

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• Creative and comfortable developing short-form video and static content
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee
• Basic video editing skills; experience with CapCut or similar editing tools is an advantage
• Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva or similar tools is an advantage
• Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to learn on-camera content creation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Good time management and ability to meet content deadlines
• Proactive, organized, creative, and willing to learn
