Marketing Internship

About the role

Wonderspire is looking for a Marketing Intern who is creative, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in real marketing campaigns. You will support the team in growing our education and technology brands through digital marketing, social media, content, campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement. This internship is suitable for students who want practical exposure beyond classroom learning and are interested in building a career in marketing, branding, sales, or business development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support social media content planning and campaign execution.
• Create marketing copy, captions, simple promotional content, and campaign ideas.
• Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Support promotional events, roadshows, open days, and activation campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in managing enquiries and following up with potential customers when required.
• Work closely with the creative, sales, and management teams.
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple marketing reports.
• Explore and use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, research, content creation, and campaign development.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in technology, education, branding, and business growth.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
