Marketing Intern (Sales Executive)Job Description

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern (Sales Executive).

This internship provides hands-on experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, client engagement, and marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lead sourcing and prospecting to identify potential customers.
• Approach and communicate with prospective customers through various channels.
• Introduce and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct direct sales and customer acquisition activities to support business growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Perform regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about products or services.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and lead databases.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate new leads.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer communication and service.
• Prepare simple reports related to sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and customer progress.
• Support other marketing and sales activities as required.

Qualifications

• Open to active university students and fresh graduates.
• Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Direct Sales, and Customer Acquisition.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with approaching, prospecting, and following up with potential customers.
• Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and highly motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to conduct regular sales, outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Jakarta domicile.
• Willing to attend the recruitment process onsite; online interviews are not available.
