Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Audit – Assist in reviewing and auditing social media content to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s branding and communication guidelines.

• Marketing Reports – Assist in preparing regular marketing reports, including social media performance, campaign activities, content performance, and engagement metrics.

• Event Support – Support the planning and execution of marketing events, campaigns, promotional activities, and on-ground engagements, including event preparation, coordination, and post-event activities.

• Poster & Creative Design – Assist in designing posters, promotional materials, social media visuals, calendars, and other marketing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Vendor Sourcing & Coordination – Assist with sourcing and identifying suitable vendors for marketing and event-related requirements, obtaining quotations, coordinating arrangements, and following up on deliverables.

• Meeting Coordination – Assist in scheduling meetings with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external parties, including coordinating availability and following up on action items where required.

• Article Translation & Content Adaptation – Assist in translating articles, social media content, posters, and other marketing materials between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Chinese where required.

• Article Content Audit – Review marketing articles and content materials for spelling, grammar, accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with the intended audience.

• Content & Article Development Support – Assist in suggesting suitable and engaging article titles, headlines, and content ideas to improve audience interest and readability.

• General Marketing Support – Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Marketing team in carrying out campaigns, content development, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Malaysian currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Events or related field.
• Available for minimum 10 weeks duration
• Willing to travel outstation for events during weekends/public holidays (replacement leave is provided)
