Marketing Internship

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content and posts for the company's social media accounts to improve content engagement and interaction.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance and data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with management and team members to increase brand awareness through social media platforms.
• Manage and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract target audiences and increase customer engagement.
• Communicate and interact with clients and customers to support the implementation of marketing strategies developed by the team.
• Assist with company events, promotional activities, and roadshows when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Must be currently pursuing or have obtained a Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum internship period of 3 months or above.
• Able to work in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
• Interested in social media, content creation, and marketing.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are required. Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe will be an advantage.
• Creative and capable of planning engaging content for social media.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to interact well with team members and customers.
• Experience in events, roadshows, or related marketing activities will be an advantage.
