Marketing Internship (Trainee)

This is a 3-month trainee program designed to develop future Junior Sales & Marketing professionals. During the program, you will gain hands-on experience in sales support, marketing activities, customer engagement, and business development initiatives. Upon successful completion and performance evaluation, candidates may receive an upgraded role with commission-based incentives and long-term growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting promotional and communication activities to increase sales performance and brand awareness across various channels, including social media, client interactions, and sales processes. You will also be involved in a key project: planning and creating a promotional booth for a major construction materials exhibition.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive
• Available to commence employment as soon as possible
• Non-smoker
