MARKETING INTERNSHIP (UNI INTERNS NEEDED)

About the role

The B2B Marketing Intern/Contractor (Employer Onboarding & Portal Support) supports the B2B Marketing team by ensuring employers have a smooth onboarding experience and are able to effectively use the JobJe platform. The role assists with employer onboarding, portal setup, account verification, CRM updates, employer training, content updates, campaign administration, and general operational support. The objective is to help employers quickly activate their accounts, publish vacancies, and maximise the value of JobJe's recruitment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employers with account registration and activation.
• Verify employer profiles and supporting documents.
• Guide employers through the onboarding process.
• Ensure employer accounts are fully configured before activation.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete registrations.
• Provide first-level support for employer portal enquiries.
• Assist employers in posting jobs and updating company profiles.
• Support employers with navigation of the JobJe platform.
• Update employer information in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of employer interactions.

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Basic Canva skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and business social media.
• Basic understanding of SaaS or web-based platforms.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
