Marketing Lead

Looking for a marketing lead to build a trust-driven, content-first brand and believes in responsible, value driven marketing. He will lead content and communication across all channels, and ensure our messaging is simple, transparent, unique and user-first.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop a marketing strategy rooted in transparency, simplicity and long-term trust building.
• Drive content-led growth investor education, long-form content, explainers, blog posts, product walkthroughs and community initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product and design to ensure communication is clear, accurate and user-first.
• Build and oversee a lean, high-quality team across content, design, community and analytics.
• Develop creative and content strategies for new product launches and feature education.
• Strengthen the brand through responsible, value-driven communication rather than aggressive marketing.
• Manage all communication across app, web, blogs, social channels and community platforms.
• Ensure messaging is fully compliant with regulations.
• Monitor user behavior, gather insights and work with product teams to refine communication and onboarding flows.
• Adapt in a start-up’s fast paced work environment with high pressure deadlines and ambiguous problem statements

Job & Skill requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally in fintech, broking or consumer tech.
• Strong background in content-led and product-led marketing.
• Good understanding of financial markets, retail investing behavior and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, accessible communication
