A&M Home Services is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own social media, content creation, photography, short-form video, local events, and day-to-day marketing for our Plymouth team.

This is a great opportunity for a content creator, photographer, social media professional, marketing coordinator, or creative marketer who wants a full-time role where they can see their work make an impact.

You don't need experience in roofing or home services. You do need to be creative, organized, comfortable taking initiative, and excited to get out from behind a desk to capture great content.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and publish engaging social media content.
• Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, customers, and events.
• Create short-form video including Reels and social media videos.
• Design social graphics, flyers, event materials, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Write social media captions and marketing copy.
• Develop new content ideas and help grow A&M's online presence.

Photography & Video

• Travel to local job sites to capture photos and video.
• Photograph completed projects and work in progress.
• Capture content in the office, at events, and in the field.
• Learn to use A&M's drone equipment for aerial photos and video.
• Drone experience is not required. We will train the right person.
• A company vehicle is available for work-related job-site and event travel.

Events & Local Marketing

• Plan and coordinate company and community events.
• Create marketing materials to promote events.
• Capture event photos and video.
• Help identify sponsorships, promotions, and local marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate event details from planning through execution.

Digital Marketing & Brand Support

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Help monitor social media engagement and marketing activity.
• Maintain a consistent A&M brand across marketing materials.
• Stay current on social media and content trends.
• Bring new ideas to leadership and help turn them into action.

Team & Office Support

• Marketing is the primary focus of this role, but you'll also help keep the local operation running smoothly.
• Provide light oversight to two team members who assist with phones and lead support.
• Help maintain organization and accountability within the leads department.
• Assist with scheduling, communication, reporting, and basic office coordination.
• Support leadership with projects and operational needs as they arise.

You may be a great fit if you have experience with:

• Social media management
• Content creation
• Photography
• Short-form video or Reels
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or graphic design tools
• Event planning or community marketing
• Creating flyers, graphics, or promotional materials
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines

You should also be:

• Creative and full of ideas
• Comfortable making decisions
• Organized and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with employees, customers, and community partners
• Willing to travel locally to job sites to create content
• Interested in learning more about digital marketing

Experience in home services, roofing, construction, remodeling, or local-business marketing is helpful but not required.
