The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive strategy, manage execution, and lead our marketing division. This person will manage VNTG Market.co, oversee digital campaigns, and implement AI-driven tools to amplify our brand across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including Mailchimp.
• Oversee brand storytelling and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Lead and grow the marketing division (VNTG Market.co).
• Collaborate with design, construction, and real estate teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fluency with social media platforms, AI marketing tools, and email automation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging tech trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead and scale teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for design, real estate, construction, and brand storytelling.
