We are looking for a Marketing Leader who is creative, strategic, and ready to lead impactful marketing activities. As a Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, leading campaigns, generating leads, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting business growth through effective marketing execution.

What You Will Do:

1. Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
2. Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, events, community activations, and other marketing programs.
3. Conduct market mapping to identify target areas, customer behavior, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
4. Manage marketing content ideas, promotional materials, branding activities, and campaign messages.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities support sales targets.
6. Build relationships with communities, partners, local stakeholders, vendors, and external parties.
7. Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, promotional activities, and marketing results.
8. Provide direction, coaching, and performance evaluation to marketing team members.
9. Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.
10. Maintain BNET’s positive image in every marketing, communication, and branding activity.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

1. Minimum Degree (S1) from any major.
2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Leader in marketing, digital marketing, branding, event, community marketing, business development, or a similar role.
3. Good understanding of campaign planning, branding, market mapping, lead generation, and promotional strategies.
4. Strong creativity, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work with targets, deadlines, and dynamic business needs.
6. Familiar with social media, spreadsheet tools, and marketing support tools is a plus.
7. Experience in ISP, telecommunications, subscription-based services, retail, property, or community marketing is a plus.
