Key responsibilities
- Optimize logistics resources and infrastructure, including warehouse planning and transportation management
- Manage supply chain operations including delivery routing and store replenishment
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, cost per case, order cycle time) and implement improvements
- Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning, especially for seasonal products
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Conduct post-mortem analysis for peak seasons and implement action plans
About you
- Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, or related field
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Inventory management and demand planning
- Understanding of transportation and warehouse operations
