At Ascenda Global, we're looking for a motivated Marketing Management Trainee to join our growing Glasgow team.

This is a hands-on, sales-focused opportunity where you'll learn how brands attract customers, generate sales and achieve campaign targets.

You'll begin by developing practical experience in customer acquisition, sales techniques and campaign delivery, before progressing towards greater responsibility in performance management, coaching and team leadership.

No previous management experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Engaging with potential customers across live sales and marketing campaigns
• Representing client brands and communicating products, services and offers
• Building customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
• Generating sales and supporting customer acquisition objectives
• Working towards individual targets and wider campaign goals
• Developing product knowledge, sales techniques and commercial awareness
• Monitoring daily sales results and campaign performance
• Working closely with the team to improve sales performance
• Learning how successful campaigns are organised and managed

Candidate Profile

Sales Training & Management Development

You'll receive full training across sales, customer acquisition, campaign performance, brand representation and team coordination.
