Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager

About the role

Assistant Marketing Manager/Manager responsible for planning and formulating effective marketing activities for local and international markets within approved budget, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and formulate effective marketing activities for local and international market within approved budget
• Monitor KPIs and review effectiveness of strategies
• Conduct market surveys and keep track of marketing trends and pricing
• Develop and plan product development and overall marketing concept
• Review effectiveness of marketing communication strategies and campaigns
• Oversee conception of new marketing strategies and identify ways to tap into target market
• Monitor and compare industry and competitor communication strategies and provide market intelligence to management
• Plan, implement and adopt public relations and publicity plans for activities including soft launch, official launch, promotion and exhibitions
• Manage and work closely with internal and external vendors and agencies covering advertising and promotion
• Oversee corporate identity, branding, public communications, CRM and CMS

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Marketing or equivalent
• Preferably 5-10 years of relevant experience in property development industry and/or healthcare industry
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels, particularly in Singapore, Indonesia, China
• Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays
