Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
• Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive cohesive messaging.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in the IT solution services and transportation industries.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and familiarity with the LinkedIn advertising platform is a plus.
