As we bring together policy, advocacy, marketing and communications into one integrated Industry Development function, we're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to help lead that transformation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Industry Development, you'll lead AgForce's marketing, communications and member engagement strategy, ensuring every campaign supports our advocacy priorities and delivers value to members.

You'll work closely across policy, membership, commercial and executive teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers, to translate complex issues into compelling campaigns that strengthen AgForce's influence and reputation.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AgForce's marketing and member engagement strategy.
• Lead integrated advocacy campaigns that support key policy priorities.
• Strengthen member engagement, recruitment and retention through targeted communications.
• Continue to build AgForce's brand, reputation and public profile.
• Drive digital marketing, analytics and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Marketing & Communications Coordinator and manage external creative and media partners.
• Collaborate across the organisation to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to communications.

About You

You'll be a strategic marketer with experience delivering integrated campaigns that create measurable outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Experience in marketing, communications, PR or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge, innovate and improve.
• Experience in agriculture, government, advocacy or member-based organisations is highly regarded.
