About the role

PI Consultancy & Training Company Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position based in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong District, where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and leading our marketing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company business objectives and target market segments
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels including digital, social media, print and events
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment for all campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic marketing decisions
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support broader company goals and initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Lead the creation of marketing content, promotional materials, and customer engagement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in marketing management or a similar senior marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising and developing marketing professionals
• Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plans
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning within marketing contexts
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Creative thinking and innovation in developing marketing solutions and campaigns
• Experience in the consultancy, training or professional services sector is highly desirable
