Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the healthcare and IVD sectors.
• Manage product launches, including planning and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media).
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to adapt marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with sales teams to support business objectives and generate leads.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in campaigns.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.

Skills

• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare and IVD market.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
