Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing activities such as demonstrations, farmer meetings, field days, crop campaigns, and dealer meets.
• Support new product launches and demand generation initiatives across assigned geographies.
• Conduct product training programs for sales teams, dealers, and farmers.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Managers, and external agencies for marketing campaigns.
• Track marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and submit regular MIS reports.

Preferred Profile:

• 6+ years in Agri Inputs/Agrochemical industry.
• 2-3 years of field marketing experience.
• Strong exposure to farmer engagement and demand generation activities.
• Prior field sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
