We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who can build and manage our marketing function from scratch and take complete ownership of brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end healthcare marketing strategies.
• Drive patient acquisition, brand awareness and community engagement.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content, SEO and campaigns.
• Plan health camps, local outreach, partnerships and promotional activities.
• Work with doctors, operations and external agencies to execute campaigns.
• Track leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify new growth opportunities and take initiatives independently

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare/HealthTech.
• Experience in building marketing from the ground up.
• Strong digital, content and social media skills.
• Creative, analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, proactive attitude and strong execution skills.
