What they need
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
- Conduct market research and identify trends, customer needs and industry changes
- Identify potential markets, key customers, and industry sectors
- Create with the sales team to create long-term clients
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Gather client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and tracking ROI
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget, and outcomes for senior management
- Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and other companies to enhance the company's network and reach
- Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholder.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to execute marketing strategies effectively
- Provide support to the Commercial/ Billing department
- Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties/ deliverables as required
- Any other job from the Senior Management/ General Managers
