Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Blibli platforms.
• Lead social media planning, content strategy, and campaign execution.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and support the Sales team with marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to improve marketing results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and product promotions.
• Build and improve marketing processes while developing the marketing team as the business grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Blibli is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
