Marketing Manager

A well-established multinational consumer healthcare and skincare company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead in development and implementation of marketing programs for the assigned comprehensive range of food supplements and healthcare products, including brand building, portfolio management, new product launch, promotion, training, stock management etc to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders, including various functional departments, to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are aligned with overall business priorities.
• Collaborate with the Communication Team on brand communication initiatives to support product growth.
• Measure and analyze customer campaign execution, consistently tracking progress toward established goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive movements, and consumer insights to identify potential opportunities for market expansion and maximize sales growth for the assigned brand.

Requirements ：

• Bachelor degree holder.
• 10 years’ experience or above in Marketing, preferred in FMCG or skincare industries.
• Dynamic and resourceful marketing professional with a strong sense of accountability and a broad perspective. Adept at conceptual thinking and articulating business objectives.
• Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
