Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth, focusing on brand building, product promotion, and sales strategy.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and track ROI to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful product positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing planning.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including campaign execution, creative development, media planning, and analytics tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Capital Goods/Industrial Machinery.
• Prior experience in the Tea Machinery or Tea Industry is highly preferred.
• Must have worked extensively in Assam, North Bengal, and other tea-growing regions.
• Experience in handling domestic and international business development will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
