• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, brand management or a related field.
• At least eight years’ relevant marketing experience, including at least three years in a managerial or team-leadership role.
• Substantial experience in integrated marketing, digital channels, content and creative production, events and project delivery.
• Experience of supervising staff and managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and concurrent priorities.
• Strong planning, communication, stakeholder-management and analytical skills, with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• A good understanding of brand management, audience experience, recruitment marketing and performance measurement.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong professional English suitable for a bilingual international-school environment.
• A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, inclusion and the values of AISL Harrow Beijing. Desirable
• Experience in an international school, education or another high-consideration service environment.
• Knowledge of the Beijing education market and relevant Chinese digital platforms.
• Experience of campus branding, environmental displays, signage, wayfinding or visitor-experience presentation.
