Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our joint venture company of a brand-new mixed-use property development.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, and communication campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the development of creative concepts, marketing materials, and content to ensure impactful and consistent brand messaging.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive strategic marketing initiatives and deliver high-quality campaign execution.
• Manage property social media platforms and communication channels, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
• Plan and execute marketing events, brand activations, and employee engagement initiatives from concept development to on-site delivery.
• Develop and implement brand communications and public relations strategies, including media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor campaign and communication performance, leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in event management, public relations, corporate affairs, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience within real estate development or sizable conglomerates is preferred
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with an innovative mindset. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of self-motivation
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms and utilization of tech tools for efficiency enhancement
• Strong aesthetic judgement with the ability to assess visual quality for brandings
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a track record in engaging key stakeholders and advising senior management on public relations and media matters
