Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build a PropTech brand from its growth phase. You will own marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, managing branding, content, performance marketing, and social media while leading the marketing team and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Founder teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Marketing Strategy and Campaigns end-to-end
• Oversee Branding, Content, Performance Marketing, and Social Media
• Manage the Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Founder
• Plan Budget and measure results from actual Data
• Create new campaigns to drive Lead, Conversion, and Brand Awareness

About you

• Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth
• Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
• Understanding of Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing
• High ownership, fast execution, and willingness to experiment with new approaches
• Experience in Startup, Real Estate, FinTech, or PropTech is a plus
