Marketing Manager

About the role

JR-Tech Solution Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
• Attend industry events and networking activities to enhance company visibility.
• Drive marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and business development.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry, including kitchen design, build, and equipment supply.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
