MARKETING MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join IAN Smart Energy Corp in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and contributing to the company's growth objectives. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support our business objectives in the energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing efforts across multiple channels and make a tangible impact on the organisation's success.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience needs
2. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximise return on investment across various marketing channels
3. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
5. Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team objectives are met
6. Coordinate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals
7. Manage brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels and communications
8. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
10. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing
11. Manage the Facebook ads, tiktok and other social media platforms

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing management or a similar senior marketing role
3. Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
5. Excellent project management abilities with proficiency in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
6. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
9. Knowledge of the energy sector or renewable energy industry is advantageous
10. Experience with budget management and financial planning
11. Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
