Marketing Manager

ROLE PURPOSE Lead the marketing function from the ground up for our group's new Egypt office, building brand visibility and a structured, B2B & B2C lead-generation engine to support growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and lead a small marketing team (digital and content specialists) from scratch Develop and execute a regional, B2B & B2C -focused marketing and lead-generation strategy across Dezign District, JNF Hardware, and our Fit-Out Establish and manage digital presence: website, SEO, paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and social channels Own lead generation from companies, developers, hotels, consultants, and architects and report on cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and campaign ROI Support the Business Development team with proposal materials, brand collateral, and positioning for major accounts Represent the marketing function in leadership planning and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in furniture, FF&E, interior design, fit-out, architecture, hospitality, or construction Proven experience building a marketing function or team from the ground up Strong B2B & B2C lead-generation track record able to show real numbers (leads generated, CPL reduction, pipeline value), not just "managed social media" Experience working across multiple brands or business units Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led company transitioning to a structured organization LANGUAGES Fluent English
